JAAM-E-JAM is named after Jamshid (Jam) the Iranian mythical king whose rule precedes the 2500 years of Iran's written history. Jaam or the cup of Jam (Jaam-e-Jam) enabled him to look into the world (as a crystal ball) and witness the world's events. Jaam-e-Jam television's mission has been to observe the world and to provide its viewers with objective analyses of International events.
Founder
Two years after the Iranian Revolution, JAAM-E-JAM Television commenced the broadcast of its programs in August 1981. Mr. Manouchehr Bibiyan, the producer of JAAM-E-JAM Television and the president of JAAM-E-JAM Television Network, sought and acquired the cooperation of the most celebrated and professional writers, scholars, artists, professors and journalists.
